Chicago, November 7, 2011 -- A strategic partnership between Expesite and Lease Harbor LLC was announced today. This alliance brings together two leading cloud-based companies providing software solutions for maximizing the value of global real estate assets, locations, and facilities.

Lease Harbor was created for the sole purpose of providing corporate real estate departments with a powerful, easy-to-use, and cost-effective lease administration tool. Through this newly announced partnership, Harbor Flex (Lease Harbor's flagship product) will integrate with with the Vision^RE Expesite product.

This integration will give Expesite's clients the ability to access the leading lease and real property administration system for seamless and effective management of commercial real estate portfolios.

What's more, the partnership strengthens the team-selling atmosphere and builds deeper and broader relationships across departments. Lease Harbor will be able to provide its clients with secure project and facilities management solutions while Expesite is able to expand its lease administration functionality through its Vision^RE product, powered by Harbor Flex.

In addition, Harbor Flex is the first lease administration tool to release complete capital expense functionality that addresses the forthcoming Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) lease accounting changes.
